PeopleStrong is a leading HR SaaS product provider, and we're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our revenue growth. As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and generating new revenue streams.
**Job Description:**
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a scalable sales process from prospecting to contract execution
- Leveraging CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal product teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- More than 6+ years of sales experience in enterprise/B2B space with strong understanding of SaaS
- Value selling mindset: Experience of building relationships in large enterprises at the top by leveraging a value-focused approach to developing large revenue opportunities
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience with founding or developing start-ups and enjoys aspects of entrepreneurship thereby displaying innovative strategic thinking
**Benefits:**
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
