Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to spearhead our expansion into key industries, leveraging the power of Master-O's sales readiness & enablement platform.
Job Description:- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by building and managing a high-performing sales team, focusing on complex sales cycles and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Engagement: Foster deep relationships with C-Suite executives, understanding their business objectives and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
- Platform Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and utilization of Master-O's platform, driving user engagement and ROI.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze client usage metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience: 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably with experience in SaaS software products and complex sales cycles.
- Skills: Proven relationship-building abilities, strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
