We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Growth Leader to join our team at Telesistant, a leading company in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead business development efforts and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales and growth initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
- A strong understanding of the Indian market and SaaS products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with CXO profiles.
- The ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through primary and secondary research.
- Experience with proposal making, negotiations, and contracting.
- A strong track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
Prior experience in IT or fashion industries is highly desirable. Additionally, a background in sales leadership or management would be beneficial.
