Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our growth efforts. This role will play a critical part in driving business expansion, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and create actionable plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to ensure they possess the necessary skills and resources to excel.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee sales targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, sales processes, customer behaviors, and market trends.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
