Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Huptech HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion across our Enterprise Software solutions. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion across Enterprise Software solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry
  • Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM, RPA, ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Estimated Salary: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
