About the Job
Arting Digital is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Drive revenue growth in the West Region
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts
- Experience in selling cloud services, preferably AWS Cloud services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performance teams
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
