Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Enterprise Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market conditions and trends to identify opportunities in assigned accounts/territories through research, networking, cold calling, and social media leverage.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Deployment and Google Cloud Sales Teams, to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and lifetime references.
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and maintain Searce's reputation as a trustworthy technology partner.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree (preferably with an MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution) in Sales or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales for technology services/digital transformation, particularly in public cloud/AI/data analytics.
- Proven track record of sales success in India across cloud, AI, and data engineering technologies.
- Strong exposure/experience working with digital natives, startups, and enterprise accounts in tech/solution sales capacity in India.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact, converse, and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and IT Directors.

Salary:
Expected salary range: ₹18,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
