Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Overview:
We are a leading technology company, Resource Algorithm, seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by developing market penetration strategies, generating sales revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market mapping, product management, segmentation, and market penetration strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and Sales & Specification Managers to develop and implement business plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Closely coordinate with supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, tracking consumer needs and trends, and evaluating competitors.
- Develop technical solutions and calculation tools to provide solutions to customers.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive digital marketing activities, including content development and campaigns on website, social media, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Location:
This is a remote position, but occasional travel to meetings and conferences may be required.
