**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to establish and manage strategic alliances and partnerships, primarily with financial institutions, luxury retailers, and similar roles.

This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, planning, deal and contract negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in leading strategic partnerships and demonstrate exceptional relationship-building and diplomatic communication skills.

They must also have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, an eye for detail, and good Team and Project Management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and onboard new partners, banks, credit card providers, and others to promote our memberships to their members.
  • Support delivery timelines on critical organization-level projects involving partnerships.
  • Share insights and analytics to support creation and execution of relevant strategy.
  • Be the primary contact for our partners and manage ongoing relationships through regular interaction with their teams.
  • Address and mitigate escalations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure success of ongoing business relationships.
  • Understand technical, business, and operational requirements of our partners and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to balance partner demands vs. long-term direction of our product/service.
  • Prepare and give periodic internal business reviews regarding progress and roadblocks.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹2,200,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).
