Strategic Partnership Manager

The responsibilities include developing and managing high-impact partnerships with NGOs, financial institutions, and lending partners. This involves identifying and onboarding the right partners using ground insights, data analysis, and strategic alignment with Samhita's objectives. Additionally, the candidate must build capacity for execution partners to ensure scalability and sustainability of credit-based interventions.
The job also involves spearheading partner onboarding processes, ensuring robust documentation, compliance adherence, and alignment with Samhita's quality standards. Furthermore, the candidate must oversee fund disbursement and recovery mechanisms, including returnable grants, with a focus on accountability and efficiency. The position requires strong relationships with government stakeholders, including State Urban Livelihood Missions, Urban Local Bodies, and other livelihood-oriented agencies. Collaborating with internal teams across functional areas is also essential for integrated and effective program delivery.
