About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our SaaS product expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets for our SaaS products
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and SaaS products
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be ₹30-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
