Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building enduring relationships with B2B partners, including architects and interior designers. You will also lead business development activities, close deals, and take ownership of leads from first touchpoint to closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships with B2B partners
  • Develop and execute business strategies
  • Liaise with functions like Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyse sales results and market trends to understand consumer buying behaviour
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Management or at least 4 years of Luxury Sales experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Possession of a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and customer-centric approach
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum
