About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager at The Quarry Luxury Stones Private Limited, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients in the luxury sector. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to all client phone call enquiries, validate client information, and schedule appointments for clients to visit our experience centre. You will also act as an intermediary between clients and our Sales team for initial requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Enquiries: Attend to all client phone call enquiries received from various sources, including newspaper inserts, references, newspaper ads, or marketing activities.
  • Client Validation: Validate client information as per our criteria and record it in internal databases.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Fix appointments for clients to visit our experience centre and meet them upon arrival.
  • Intermediary Role: Act as an intermediary between clients and our Sales team for initial requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years' experience in client relations. A proven track record in handling HNI clients in the luxury sector for 2-3 years, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, passion and dedication towards client servicing, and a good listener with attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 550,000 - 800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
