About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion in our luxury jewellery market. As Chief Sales Director, you will play a critical role in developing high-performing teams and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team across multiple geographies.
  • Revenue & Market Growth: Expand the brand's domestic and international presence through innovative sales initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
