Sales Director for HORECA Channel

OrbiTouch HR is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our HORECA channel sales efforts in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. This role will require the individual to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead a team of sales professionals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- We are looking for a candidate who can identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and manage existing accounts.
- The successful candidate will monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to meet goals.
Relationship Management:
- This role requires building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
- The Sales Director will negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction with clients and partners.
- Regular visits to clients will be necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- The Sales Director will lead, motivate, and train a sales team to achieve maximum performance and results.
- Collaboration with team members will be required to develop effective sales pitches and presentations.
Market Intelligence:
- The Sales Director should keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the HORECA sector.
- Insights and feedback will be provided to the marketing and product development teams to refine offerings and strategies.
Distributor Management:
- Overseeing distributor operations will ensure timely delivery and availability of products at client locations.
- Distributor performance will be monitored to ensure adherence to company policies and targets.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts will be necessary to the senior management team.
- Analyzing sales data will help identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring corrective actions.

- An in-depth understanding of the HORECA industry, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
- A self-motivated approach with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
