Job Title: Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Director to join EC-Council in Mumbai, India.

About EC-Council

EC-Council is the world's largest cyber security technical certification body, operating globally with various renowned programs.

Position Overview

The Channel Director will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners based on geography, channel, or market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company resources to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Leads a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
Requirements

A graduate or MBA with 5-8 years of experience in Channel sales, preferably in Ed-Tech, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills are essential.
