About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they meet or exceed performance standards">
  • Engage with channel partners and broker networks to drive sales and revenue growth">
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales executives">
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends">
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales executives to improve their performance">

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. You should have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum (depending on experience)
