Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job Description:
The MICE Sales Director will be responsible for leading our MICE sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients and event organizers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in MICE sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
