**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets. This includes identifying new market opportunities, collaborating with senior management to define annual sales goals, and creating sales plans aligned with the company's objectives.

The successful candidate will also lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. They will provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth, conduct regular training sessions, and perform performance reviews to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge to succeed.

In addition, the Sales Operations Director will build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business. They will address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, negotiate contracts, and close sales with new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets

- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with senior management to define annual sales goals

- Create sales plans aligned with the company's objectives

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth

- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge to succeed

**Salary:** ₹ 20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
