MICE Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled MICE sales professional to lead our MICE sales efforts. As a MICE Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

About You:
  • 7+ years of experience in MICE sales with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, market trends, and competitor landscape
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a robust MICE sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and event organizers
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of MICE events
What We Offer:

An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
