Reports to- Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

Note: Your Roles & Responsibilities would be the following but not limited to:

  • Measure year-over-year growth in sales revenue from HORECA clients to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and overall performance in capturing market share within the hospitality sector.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) through regular surveys or feedback mechanisms to ensure strong relationships, product quality, and service delivery.
  • Track market share compared to competitors to signify successful penetration and competitiveness within the industry.
  • Measure distribution efficiency by monitoring order fulfillment time, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities targeting the HORECA sector, including marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and events.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or hospitality management (5 years).
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality sector and HORECA channels.
