Ophthalmic Sales Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Sales Strategist to join our team at HOYA Surgical Optics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business development and sales activities in your assigned area.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales functions in the field of ophthalmology. You should have comprehensive knowledge of business practices in IOL and excellent organizational and administrative skills. You will also need to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to persuade and influence others.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage business development and sales activities
- Meet business targets set during the development of business and marketing plans
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects with the sales team
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales functions in the field of ophthalmology
- Comprehensive knowledge of business practices in IOL
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Able to persuade and influence others
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
