We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our food certification sales efforts. With a proven track record in market research, business development, and customer management, you will drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the food industry.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to establish partnerships and business relationships with key clients in the food industry. You will analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and estimate demand for proposed projects to inform your sales strategies.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop and implement business models and strategies for food certification. Your expertise in persuasion and negotiation, combined with strong business acumen and customer service skills, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in food certification sales or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent degree in marketing and sales
  • Technical certifications related to food industry audits, such as FSSAI, BRC, FSMS, HACCP, Global GAP, BAP, RSPO, SQF, etc.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills
  • Strategic planning and execution skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with high integrity and professionalism
