Food Empire is a pioneering global leader in the food and beverage industry, renowned for its innovative products. We're seeking an accomplished National Modern Trade Manager to spearhead our sales growth in India.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across modern trade channels, including retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce, leveraging existing products and identifying new opportunities tailored for the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of Food Empire's existing products, focusing on instant coffee, freeze-dried, agglomerated, 3-in-1 coffee, and RTD coffee ranges in India's modern trade landscape.
- Pursue novel product opportunities in collaboration with internal teams to meet consumer demands in India's modern trade sector.
- Create annual sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales.
- In-depth knowledge of India's modern trade environment and consumer trends.
- Strong expertise in managing modern trade channels (retail, e-commerce).
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and product development innovation.
