About the Role

Knoxx Foods, a leading importer of high-quality food ingredients, is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Director to lead our initiatives in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales to the large-scale packaged food manufacturing sector and be ready to relocate from India to Australia. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the area of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with large-scale packaged food manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in any CRM software.
