About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Antal International. As a key member of our commercial finance division, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting business opportunities in assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and associates across target areas
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers' financial and business needs
  • Collaborate with intermediaries to generate leads
  • Sourcing and closing deals effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage approval and disbursal processes
  • Monitor borrower companies' post-disbursal performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 college, with a background in sales or marketing preferred
