Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion strategies for our Dry Lamination Adhesives business. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, managing projects, and generating sales revenue. You will also prepare and present reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement business development strategies for the newly developed range of Dry Lamination Adhesives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • B.Sc/B.Tech Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 7-8 years of business development experience in Dry Lamination Adhesives.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and trends.
  • Negotiation skills to secure contracts and deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum.
