**About the Role:** Jesons Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of Dry Lamination Adhesives, and we are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our growth strategies. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing business development projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and execute business development plans to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Manage business development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
**Requirements:**
- B.Sc/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 7-8 years of business development experience in the adhesive industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion.
