Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹3,60,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum (LPA), with monthly performance-based increments and incentives.

Job Description:

The role of a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Savvy Search involves driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base.

This includes market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and trend identification to inform business development strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automobile industry
  • Proven skills in corporate client engagement and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills
