Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Expand our customer base through market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the automobile industry and its trends.
  • Foster entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Proven skills in corporate client engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000 (LPA) with monthly performance-based increments and incentives.
