Strategic Growth Manager

Business Development RoleWe are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our Business Development Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our existing products and market new & innovative ones. As a member of the team, you can contribute at multiple levels - from young leaders to senior leaders.
Responsibilities- Educate the market/ customers through knowledge by building whitepapers, case studies, proposals, etc.
- Sales engagement with potential customers and markets & top leaders, and driving closure
- Building a network of sales partners across different industries/ domains and geographies
- Strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as associations, think tanks, funders, etc.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on finding new solutions to challenges in society that leverage behavioral, knowledge & cognitive sciences. You will be part of a purpose-driven team where you play a critical role in nation-building and making a larger purpose happen.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of knowledge-based products and services
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
