Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Growth Specialist to join our team in various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories.
About the Role
The Sales Territory Growth Specialist will be responsible for:
Generating market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities in allocated areas.
Exceeding revenue sales budgets for assigned territories.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to drive business retention and growth.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Providing market insights and analysis to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Candidates with experience in cold calling, market research, and data analysis will be preferred.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also receive benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
