Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager
Salary Package: ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,50,000 per month + benefits
Job Summary: This position entails spearheading business growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning while cultivating strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities based on market analysis.
- Supporting real estate shortlisting and acquisition.
- Developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Leading, training, and motivating the sales team.
- Conducting field visits and monitoring territory performance.
- Managing sensitive issues to uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Written and verbal).
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Graduation/Postgraduation 7+ years in real estate with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
