Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Salary Package: ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,50,000 per month + benefits

Job Summary: This position entails spearheading business growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning while cultivating strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities based on market analysis.
  • Supporting real estate shortlisting and acquisition.
  • Developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leading, training, and motivating the sales team.
  • Conducting field visits and monitoring territory performance.
  • Managing sensitive issues to uphold the company's reputation.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Graduation/Postgraduation 7+ years in real estate with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
