Territory Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in an assigned territory at Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Oustanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary Range: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,600,000 per annum.
