Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Livspace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy in their assigned territory, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Enable Livpreneurs to achieve their targets by providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Develop scope, estimate costs, and connect customers with service partners based on their requirements.
  • Visit customer sites with service partners to finalize scope and quotes.
  • Maintain regular meetings with Livpreneurs to address concerns and provide solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in any stream with 15 years of academic education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development and growth, with a minimum of 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multitasking and complex operations management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India/regions of India.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • High ownership levels around targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12 lakhs - ₹20 lakhs depending on experience and qualifications.
