Senior Business Development Manager for Territory Expansion

Oracle is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of medium-sized to large customers in the assigned territory.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of renewing support contracts and growing the customer's wallet share. The role requires excellent communication, objection handling, and result-orientation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely renewals of support contracts for medium-sized to large customers in the assigned territory
- Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of Oracle's Support Services portfolio
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals
- Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in the territory
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Objection handling and result-orientation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
