Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of renewing support contracts and growing the customer's wallet share. The role requires excellent communication, objection handling, and result-orientation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely renewals of support contracts for medium-sized to large customers in the assigned territory
  • Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications
  • Ensure customer awareness and understanding of Oracle's Support Services portfolio
  • Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals
  • Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in the territory

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Objection handling and result-orientation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
