US SDR Team Lead

WizCommerce is revolutionizing B2B commerce for manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors across the USA, India, and Canada. We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our US SDR team, driving lead generation and qualification efforts in the US market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies to engage with US-based prospects, leveraging email campaigns, social media, and cold calling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the ideal customer profile specific to the US market and ensure aligned targeting efforts.
- Analyze SDR team performance and market engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive pipeline growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to excel in engaging with US-based prospects, promoting a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with a strong background in managing outreach to the US market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles.
- Extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop SDRs into top performers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with US-based prospects.
- Preferred: Experience working in the manufacturing, export, or wholesale segments and engaging with US-based clients.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
