Job OverviewAs a Logistics Sales Director, you will lead our SDR team in achieving pipeline generation and acceleration goals. Your expertise will help identify target accounts and prospects, frame opportunities based on customer pain points, and develop strategies for lead pipeline growth.
About the Role- Lead, manage, and scale up the SDR team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and acceleration goals.
- Identify target accounts and prospects aligned with Locus' value propositions and qualify them.
- Develop plans and strategies for developing lead pipelines, including campaigns, calling outreach, social outreach, etc.
- Understand nuances for different geographies and localize campaigns and messages to achieve high engagement rates.
- Motivate and support SDRs to exceed KPIs through coaching, creativity, and data analysis.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation.
- Past enterprise SDR experience of 8-10 years with a proven track record in the logistics/supply chain industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading SDR/Inside Sales teams.
- Experience in international/global markets is preferred.
- Background in technology/SaaS sales.
- Proficiency in English or multilingual is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-First approach.
- Sharp business acumen and target-oriented.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience in sales automation tools, CRM, calling tools, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Should be open to travel.
- Should have worked in B2B SAAS and done outbound sales development (proficiency in Sale Engagement Platform) with experience around CRM (Salesforce preferred).
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
