Job Overview

BlackBuck is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead the expansion of our Fleet Management Platform in a specific region. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the region.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new customers and increase existing customer engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fleet management or logistics industry.
  • Possess an MBA degree and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing large sales teams and achieving high-growth targets.
What We Offer
