Regional Sales Director for Fleet Solutions

BlackBuck is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead the expansion of our Fleet Management Platform in a specific region. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the region.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new customers and increase existing customer engagement.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- 3-8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fleet management or logistics industry.
- Possess an MBA degree and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing large sales teams and achieving high-growth targets.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
