About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in South India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new business prospects and develop effective sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
