Lead Enterprise Sales in South India

Xebia is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of its southern India region for Enterprise learning services. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

This entrepreneurial role involves setting up teams, infrastructure, and support functions to manage the local business. You will also represent Xebia at various technology forums, conferences, and industry events to position our academy proposition and learning services capabilities.

About the Role
  • Promote enterprise learning services solutions to clients across the region
  • Contribute to strategy formation and execution in the region, including GTM execution plans and target setting
  • Be responsible for private and public event sales of our technology training and certification portfolio and learning products
  • Own revenue targets and P&L for the region and drive profitability from new and existing customers
  • Manage a team to execute targets efficiently
  • Deliver sales cycles for key prospects and manage delivery with the offshore team
  • Establish relationships with executive decision-makers in government, enterprise, institutions, and other sectors to position Xebia as a preferred learning partner
  • Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales planning and forecasting
  • Identify growth opportunities by introducing innovative training programs catering to local needs and trends for upskilling/reskilling in digital technologies
  • Nurture relationships with education/training owners and functional SMEs for timely engagement and aligned decision-making
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of EdTech, Education, IT Training, and Certification in the UK and European markets
  • Minimum 6-10 years of sales experience, preferably in Education, IT training and certification, assessments, or professional skill development industries
  • Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship, and communication management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation with a clear vision to lead organization growth
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Prior experience selling to C-level suite, L&D, HR, Technical heads & Functional owners
  • Commercial and customer focus
  • Understanding of statistical and financial information and high numeracy skills
  • Results-driven with excellent time management skills
Salary Range: ₹1200,000 - ₹1800,000 per annum (depending on experience)
