Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

You will identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine your sales approach. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). You should have 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automation industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

You should possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in business acumen, team management, problem-solving, and data analysis. Industry knowledge in Barcoding, Printers and Scanners is also desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹12-18 Lakhs per annum
