About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at CEAT. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue achievement in designated distribution geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance secondary sales of distribution products through effective sales operations and process management.
  • Hire and coach Distributor Sales Executives (DSEs) to ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with distributors and sub-dealers to promote CEAT products and resolve any challenges they may face.
  • Monitor distributor sales performance and provide timely market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong sales leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, and other channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
What We Offer

As a Regional Sales Director at CEAT, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and growing organization.
