Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our outdoor distribution efforts in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our brand presence, and fostering strong relationships with outdoor retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned geographical areas. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize territory performance.
* Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with outdoor retailers, distributors, and dealers. Identify and onboard new business partners to expand our presence in the outdoor retail sector.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on outdoor distribution. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or in a similar position, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of the outdoor retail market in India.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
