Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company objectives
- Lead a team of sales executives to ensure sales targets are met
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
What We Offer
