Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
