We are looking for a skilled South Region Manager Lead to join our team at GIVA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of all stores in the South Region.

About This Role

In this role, you will have ownership of PnL for all GIVA's exclusive stores in the South Region and lead a team of Area Managers/Cluster Managers. You will work closely with internal teams to develop processes that ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region.

Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of PnL for all GIVA's exclusive stores in the South Region.
  2. Leading a team of Area Managers/Cluster Managers and driving performance of all stores in their portfolio.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and develop processes to ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region.
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in the Sales & Ops team of other retail brands.
  • Experience of leading area and regional managers.
  • Experience of working across cities in south like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹80 lakh per annum.
