We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the South region. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the South region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South region.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate insights to the executive team.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Industry experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automation industry, is highly desirable.
