Delhi and South India Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced sales lead to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in Delhi and South India (Bangalore/Chennai). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing regional sales team.

About the Role:

The Delhi and South India Sales Lead will oversee the development and execution of regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with significant experience in cash management services.
  • Strong network within the BFSI sector and organized retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Compensation:

A competitive salary with performance-based incentives is offered. The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs depending on experience and qualifications.
