We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for CAE solutions in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve targets, building strong client relationships, and conducting product demos and presentations to meet sales goals. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a strong background in CAE sales, with 8+ years of experience in industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing. A competitive salary of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with an MBA, is required. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills are essential for success in this role.
